This week we will begin our spring workouts. These are open to any Erie High School student. We will be using Volt again this year! Players will have 1 hour to complete their workout and when possible 30 minutes in the gym.
4/18 – Tuesday – 2:45-4:15 – Weight Room/Open Gym
4/19 – Wednesday – 2:45-4:15 – Weight Room/Open Gym
4/21 – Friday – 2:45-4:15 – Weight Room/Open Gym
